About the retreat leader :
Nicole guides a Yoga and Breathwork practice that focuses on observing emotions through movement and breath. She received her 200-hour YTT Certification from the Yoga Alliance and guides Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. Dance and meditation are essential practices for her to release energy and return to the center, to the soul. Her priority is not just to support you, but to show you, how to support yourself in all human emotions we often face on and off the yoga mat. Her guidance is trauma-informed to give you the freedom to choose what feels good in your body. She is originally from Berlin, Germany and has lived in Mexico for the last 4 years.
